a. Adult content: This includes images, videos, or any material involving nudity, sexual activity, or commercial activities related to adult services (e.g., escort agencies).
b. Exploitation of children: Absolutely no content depicting or promoting harm or attraction toward children is allowed.
c. Hate speech: Content that incites violence or promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
d. Incitement of violence: Content that threatens or encourages violence against individuals or groups.
e. Harassment: Content aimed at harassing or intimidating individuals or groups.
f. Defamation: Posting untrue statements that could harm a person’s reputation.
g. Copyright infringement: Using Social Airess to distribute or share content that violates the intellectual property rights of others is illegal and unacceptable.
h. Offensive content: Content intended to offend or shock, such as graphic violence or other content that would upset a reasonable person.
i. Fraudulent or misleading conduct: Posting deceptive content or impersonating others with the intent to deceive or defraud.

Prohibited Activities

It’s also NOT OKAY to use Social Airess to engage in any of the following activities:

a. Illegal activities: This includes anything that violates local, state, or international laws.
b. Supply of regulated goods or services: For example, weapons, gambling services, or adult escort services.
c. Harmful content: This includes malware, viruses, pirated software, or any content designed to cause harm or provide unauthorized access to other systems.
d. Harmful to our brand or services: Posting or linking to content that could damage Social Airess’ reputation or functionality, or could harm other users.

Community Guidelines

Social Airess is built on the idea of creating a healthy, vibrant community. To maintain this, it’s NOT OKAY to:

a. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Social Airess or its users’ accounts.
b. Contact other users to make private arrangements that bypass Social Airess’ platform or services.
c. Use any automated tools (e.g., bots) to scrape, monitor, or copy data from Social Airess.
d. Attempt to interrupt or disrupt the operation of the Social Airess platform.
e. Misuse information gathered from Social Airess to mislead or confuse other users or consumers.

How to Report Abuse or Violations?

Reporting abuse: If you come across content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it by emailing us at support@socialairess.com. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action.

What Actions Might We Take for Violations?

If we determine that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take the following actions, at our discretion and without notice:

a. Request that you remove the offending content immediately.
b. Suspend or terminate your account with Social Airess.
c. Cease providing our services to you, including access to our platform.
d. In the case of illegal activity, such as exploitation of children or fraud, we will report you to the relevant authorities.
